Paris Jewelers

Paris Jewelers is one of my favorite stores anywhere! The owners are lovely, the service is excellent (they even offered to stay open late one evening to accommodate my schedule for picking up an item I had ordered), and the jewelry itself is beautiful and well made. They also do excellent repairs!

My fiance recently proposed to me with a ring purchased from this store. The owners were incredibly delightful to work with & we can tell this ring was very well crafted. Months prior to the engagement, my fiancé & I had been browsing for a few weeks because he just wanted me to know what my dream ring was. We went to plenty of jewelry stores including the big chain stores, and we disliked every interaction until we stumbled upon Paris Jewelry. We loved the customer service we were provided with, but especially the fact that the owners were not pushy at all. They truly allowed us to pick and choose exactly what we wanted without trying to push us with other recommendations. My fiancé wanted to add that they offer competitive pricing. I would recommend the store to anyone, and we will be returning to purchase our wedding bands. The pictures I’m posting do not do this ring justice. It is truly beautiful and sparkling.

The hoops are beautifully designed, making them perfect for any occasion. The gold has a lovely warm tone and a radiant shine that catches the light beautifully. They are lightweight and comfortable to wear, which is essential for someone like me who loves to wear earrings all day long. I had the pleasure of working with Tamar, who assisted me in choosing the hoops over the phone, which made the process incredibly convenient—I didn't even need to visit the store! Once I selected the hoops, Tamar promptly sent me the invoice for payment, and I received my earrings just a few days later. Tamar was professional, friendly, and a joy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this store and their fabulous selection of jewelry!

Every experience at Paris Jewelers I’ve had has been exceptional. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m completely happy with my purchase. I’ve had custom jewelry made as well as repairs done on pieces I already owned, every visit was treated with equal importance. It’s the only jewelry store I visit anymore knowing their pricing is fair and I’m treated more like family than just another customer.

Long overdue review. I missed reviewing this place late last year. But today as I was looking at the custom gold ring Paris made for me, it reminded me of the amazing craftsmanship and quality they delivered. It was tricky with a gem stone I had, and I had lot of requirements. They took the time to listen carefully and paid attention to every little detail. They even honored their original price even though the final product went above the estimated weight of gold. Thank you so much.

I had several jewelry items that needed repair, and I took my pieces to several stores within Ridgewood. While other stores were friendly, Paris Jewelers was a notch above in customer service. The minute I spoke with Tamar at Paris Jewelers, I knew I would be in good hands. She listened carefully to what I needed, provided a very fair estimate, promised to text me if the work exceeded her initial estimate (it did not), and the repairs were done on time and with excellent care. I highly recommend Paris Jewelers for their integrity, responsiveness, and professionalism. Even better, Paris Jewelers are sponsors of the Ridgewood High School Jamboree (which raises need-based scholarships for college-bound seniors).
