Tried them out for the first time based on reviews and they did not disappoint!! Eddie and Ara are skilled, reasonable and super honest. The work they originally quoted for turned out to not be needed. It was an easier fix than expected, but still required their time. Yet they didn't charge me. I wouldn't have known if they didn't tell me, so I appreciate their honesty. Such cool guys!

I walked in to have a necklace repaired and Ara + Eddie could not have been sweeter! They fixed my necklace in less than 10 minutes and have beautiful jewelry in the store. Will definitely be back to buy something special with them.

I had an amazing experience here with Eddie and Ara. I needed the battery in an old watch replaced and they were able to do it quick with no problems, and even threw in a complementary adjustment. I would definitely recommend this shop, and will definitely be coming back!

Recently purchased tennis bracelet from D’or fine jewelry. The owners were very very very nice ! I had to resize the bracelet and they finished in 2 days before mother’s day ! Amazing customer service ❤️ will go back definitely 👍
