Went to sell some silver bars. This store had many great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I was extremely satisfied with the whole transaction. The employees were nice, courteous, and very helpful. I had many bars and I believe the whole process was over in approximately 15 minutes. I was super satisfied. I will definitely return when I'm ready to sell more. The cases that had jewelry In them were nicely laid out and you could see almost every angle. I was very impressed.

I've been shopping here since they were located on E 86th Street & followed them to their current location . Always bullion in-stock , always coins to buy & always amazing customer service . Was just recently in there a few days ago exchanging my silver for my FIRST gold ounce . Ended up walking away with the gold & a pocket full of money as well . They rip you off here. I bought 10 oz of silver at one price. I left and came back not even 20 minutes later to get more because I had to get more cash and they charged me another 5$ because it went up in the 20 minutes i went to get money. There’s a place off 62nd and allisonville rd that will not rip you off like these people. Go there not this place

Popped in today to sell some gold jewelry I had sitting around for years. Was quickly and kindly greeted. Place was very nice and clean with many displays filled with beautiful pieces for sale. The offer was detailed clearly and I felt the entire transaction was fair.

Have done business here several times over the years. Staff is very friendly and the prices are fair and in some cases excellent.

The designer Kim is so kind and helpful! She took time to answer our questions about how to turn multiple jewelry pieces into one very sentimental ring. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the piece she helped create. Kim is knowledgeable and experienced in her craft, we will absolutely go back for any other needs. On a side note, I wandered in on a whim to sell a few random gold pieces I found in the bottom of my jewelry cabinet. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the store is beautiful, items are nicely displayed and the cash transaction for the gold was simple and fair. I'm so glad I stopped in, you should too! The inventory is always changing, priced well below average retail, and they even have designer brands! Come shop for all the things you don't need and you won't be disappointed! 🙂
