I came in to purchase an engagement ring at this location, I was greeted by everyone and had Mike as my salesman. He was very professional and did a great job finding me something within my budget. The staff was very knowledgeable and they taught me a lot about my purchase, its maintenance and upkeep. Getting a warranty was worth it, I've had that ring adjust already with quick turn around and no issues. I had such a great experience, I decided to take my fiance back to get our wedding bands. We had Mike again and he did a great job. Any time I called and he wasn't available the staff was happy to help me with any questions or concerns. The GM Russell was very professional, extremely nice to me and my better half, and very knowledgeable. He is clearly a great lead for his team, and was a big help for me as well. I will be bringing future business to the Keystone location for sure!

I received the best customer service from Mary Moree. She was so friendly & professional. We told her our budget as soon as she greeted us. It was not a large amount. This did not phase her one bit. She took her time and walked us around & provided many options. I appreciate how she treated us as if we were spending thousands. We did find the perfect necklace and within our budget! I will be back and maybe next time it will be a gift for myself!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Bella who helped my husband and I a few weeks ago. I have a custom engagement and wedding band set with the warranty. It is a custom ring which took 3 separate orders to build and every time we come in to have it cleaned and inspected there’s always some issue around what’s covered. Bella took the time to finally get everything consolidated so we won’t have issues anymore, she found a missing diamond with my ring and had it replaced and fixed quickly, and she went over the care instructions so I know best practices with my ring set. Bella was also so kind and knowledgeable. I so appreciate all her help and can’t wait to visit again!

My boyfriend and I went into Jared’s looking for engagement rings not knowing much of what goes into a ring and I also didn’t know what style I would like, but working with Allison was SUCH a great experience. She was so patient and passionate when asking for my preferences and had explained everything so thoughtfully! Allison not only taught us what each component of a ring was, but she really made the experience so fun and it was comfortable to express what I liked and disliked in a ring! It felt like a collaborative process and I would highly recommend customers to work with Allison!

Came to Jared to have a custom wedding band created to compliment the engagement ring I had purchased for my fiancee. Josh and Thomas were incredibly helpful from concept, to CAD renderings, and all the way to the final product. We were very happy with the service we received and we look forward to our next exciting purchase!

Andrea is so kind and helpful!! I was a touch nervous and she took care of me and was soo sweet and patient! She showed me so many options and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back to see her!!
