My husband decided that he wanted to upgrade the diamond in my wedding ring. He and I worked with Shelby Hubbard. She is the real GEM of Diamonds Direct. Shelby is so warm and inviting and down-to-earth and was accommodating with our schedules. Quite honestly, she was an absolute joy to work with.
