AJ has been our jeweler since 2011. The customer service here is always top tier. We bought our wedding rings here and we always bring them in for service (polish and cleaning). Their prices are fair and the staff is friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

They sold me a.DVD player . I took it home and found that the remote didn't work and was not from the same brand as the player. I brought it back within 15 minutes and they refused to give me my money back and then when I complained about that they threatened to call the police. I thought they were very dishonest, selling me mismatched products.

Cant completely judge the place, definitely alot of high end pieces in there. Went in to ask about a bottom 6 grill and it felt like i was bothering them. not to mention website prices per tooth are wrong, now its 100 a tooth for 14k and 80 for 10k. website has 80/60. Even with that i prolly woulda made a purchase but really did not feel welcome at all. i guess they makin enough money off custom stuff that if you just comin on somethin small they really aint worried about it.

Bought a chain from here almost 5 years ago. The sticker price was ungodly, however the "discount" they give you to make it sound reasonable only brings it down to retail price (or still even higher if you arent careful). Since purchase of my 14k white gold rope chain it has broken 30+ times. Originally I would only take it back to queen city to have it fixed but over the years the price for repair each time has more than tripled. The quality of repair however has remained horrendous. The chain i purchased from here is beyond fragile. Look was nice but overall quality was very poor. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from here. There are much better places you can purchase jewlery at more affordable prices. The thing that makes me the maddest is the cost of repair more than tripling, while I continue to have the same issues over and over. Please hear my warning and go somewhere else
