PANDORA

Store is always super clean and looks nice I would probably take my business to a different location.. everytime I go to this location it’s ran by teenagers who are not helpful. We planned to buy charms and a ring today we didn’t do any of that, as we were rushed with our exchange .. i decided against it nor was I ever offered to look at anything else. I get it’s a busy time of the year but for pandora im extremely upset with their in store customers service. I had the same experience years ago same old same old bs

Waited 30 minutes in line to get something for my birthday, only to walk in and the staff have negative attitudes and be rude. When we were finally called to talk to one of the staff about what we liked to purchase, I told her what I wanted to buy and she pulled out something but it wasn't the right one so I told her it was different and she proceeds to slam the case back in and look for the other one. The entire time no one smiled and you could tell other customers were ready to leave because of how we were all being treated. When it came to making the purchase the lady was unclear in her instructions and got frustrated when I didn't understand. It was so bad that I almost decided to walk out instead of buying what I wanted because the customer service was just that bad.

They pretty much NEVER answer the phones. Busy or not. Doesn’t matter if you call right at opening or near closing or any time in between. It’s really annoying to just go and then they don’t have what you’re looking for when questions could’ve been answered over the phone in seconds. Play the lottery if someone answers !

Aiden helped me today and made my experience AMAZING! Such a seamless interaction and so personable! If you’re ever stopping in or need help with anything, I highly highly suggest seeing Aiden you will not be disappointed! I usually am never one to write reviews but he truly does deserve the recognition!

I was here once before years ago and it was okay service to say the least. Went today to exchange a charm I got for Christmas and the first question that came out of her mouth was "did you even get it at Pandora." When we walked in no one acknowledged our presence, finally someone came around and demanded names to create a line. The lady helping us (white with long ginger red hair) was exceptionally snooty and provided zero insight or help whatsoever. I started the interaction by saying there was several things I wanted to do today and that involved spending money. After her attitude about an exchange, that was not happening. Walked out and will never be back.

Lady with short white hair was incredibly rude and dismissive to me when all I asked was a simple question. Made me feel stupid and I will not be shopping here ever again. Which is super disappointing as a long term Pandora lover:( please teach your employees respect and kindness !!!!

Very nice and well kept store. I purchased my order online and everything went smoothly. I was worried it may take sometime for my order to be ready for pick up. Wasn't the case at all. My order was ready within 15mins!!! The lady who ringed me out was very sweet.
