Hannah was very friendly and knowledgeable about the watch I brought in for repair. I wanted a new bracelet band or possibly polish up the old one. The watch stopped working after about 30 years. She was very patient with me and made me feel welcome. I will do business with her again, she's very professional. Thank you Hannah for great customer service experience.

My 25th wedding anniversary is next month. My wife has earned something as beautiful as she is. I am not a frequent jewelry shopper so I started the process almost a year ago. I looked at more than a hand full or jewelry stores. Most places did not want to help me if I was that far away from a purchase. Hanna showed me options from a picture my wife had text me. I had no idea there were that many options for rings. Hanna stayed in contact with me over the months. I took my wife into the store on Sunday. Hanna was off, but Andrew was able to help in her stead. Andrew was exceptionally patient with our ignorance and indecision. I bet we looked at 25ish rings of different styles. My wife finally landed on the perfect ring for her. They had it sized correctly that afternoon. Sorry for the long review. The employees of Jared in Kenwood kept in touch, are knowledgeable, patient, friendly. I'm very satisfied.

I was very unhappy with my experience at this store location. My mother and I went there yesterday to buy gifts for Mother’s Day and we were waiting patiently. We waited for about 15 minutes and decided to leave because they did not acknowledge us and kept taking customers that came in after us. Unsure if it was a race thing, but we did not feel welcome or comfortable in this atmosphere. We however did purchase jewelry at another jewelry store, but after this experience at Jared we will not be back.
