Man you can't say enough about Sam Edwards and his staff. When you walk in you feel like you might be in a high end store in New York or LA. Then you meet Sam and he's about as southern gentleman as they come. He's not pushy, he's not a salesman. He just wants you to have the best experience you can have in a jewelry store and he definitely overachieves at that. You could maybe shop around and find what you're looking for a dollar or so cheaper, or you could trust me and the other five star reviews that this is the best jeweler and one of the finest men in town. I have never regretted an encounter here and you won't either.

Sam Edwards has our business forever! We have found our lifetime jeweler! My husband proposed January of 2024 and we were married in September. My husband took inspiration photos to Sam after we had tried on rings and he custom designed my engagement ring! He said the process was very easy and he was pleased. I custom designed my band with Meredith and I couldn't be happier! My husband loves his titanium band and I love the look of the two-tone on him. We had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end! Both Sam and Meredith are very kind and patient while making your decision. They feel like family when going into the store. Thank you for making my dream set a reality!

Meredith and Mr. Edwards are both absolute angels. They were kind and honest with me about my engagement ring and the repair process. It’s obviously a very sentimental piece and they were both so respectful and gentle with it. I picked it up and it looks better than ever and I feel so confident in the repair! I absolutely LOVE Sam Edwards Jewelers! I brought my fiance's mother's ring in to get a new setting for it, and they went above and beyond! They designed a beautiful gold setting for me, and placed the diamonds in perfectly. I even lost one of the smaller halo diamonds, and they replaced it by the next day for free, under warranty! The staff are absolutely delightful to work with, and they make me feel welcomed every time I come in and are more than happy to help me. I will definitely be purchasing my wedding bands from them! I cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for Meredith and Sam Edwards. I'll try to keep this as short as possible... I had the unfortunate circumstances of having my rose gold engagement ring ruined by a jeweler at another establishment. I came to Sam Edwards desperate to figure out an affordable solution to fix my ring 3 weeks before our wedding... Sam Edwards himself came out and thoroughly explained every issue with the ring (even issues with it that I was completely unaware of). He had taken detailed pictures and explained the entire process to me so I understood what exactly was wrong with it. They were extremely sympathetic, and very much seemed like they wanted to offer me the best solution they possibly could. They made a very undesirable circumstance as enjoyable and reassuring as it could possibly be.

We had a wonderful experience at Sam Edwards! My fiancé and I went in several times to ask questions and get information, and Meredith was so kind and helpful with each visit. My fiancé ultimately decided to use his grandfather’s ring instead of purchasing a new ring, but the Sam Edwards team engraved his grandfather’s ring at no cost. Every experience we had visiting Sam Edwards was exceptional in service, information, and generosity! We highly recommend Sam Edwards Jewelers and will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs!
