I walked in and none of the three people working behind the counter acknowledged that I had entered or said I would need to wait. After waiting seven or eight minutes I started to walk out, and then a lady said they could help me. She said they were understaffed; that’s fine, and I don’t mind waiting, but being under-staffed doesn’t prevent you from greeting a customer when they walk in your store and saying "we will be with you as soon as we can." She said it would be $20 to remove some links from a watch. When I went to check out, they charged me $25. That seems a little steep to me for something that took two minutes to do and a lot of shops do for free.

Wright’s Jewelers was actually referred to me by another jeweler in town when I was needing an appraisal. This is your one stop jewelry shop for everything. Family owned and operated and customer care is very individualized. Kathy went above and beyond to help us and she is the sweetest! We will continue to do business with them in the future and send our family and friends there.

Wright Jewlers came through for me. Maryann got me a platinum band in just a few days and fitted it just right when the size didn’t work out.
