Charlie did a very impressive job repairing my ring. Two diamonds needed to be replaced and the whole setting essentially rebuilt. This is the only thing I have from my father and grandfather anymore and I didn't trust a jewelry store sending it out of town for repair. He did all the work in-store and I couldn't be happier. The ring hasn't looked this good in probably 20 years. Their pricing was very fair and my expectations were exceeded. I can say with confidence that I will be returning for any jewelry needs in the future.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I brought in two stones to have a custom ring made. I showed Charlie some inspiration pictures, and he created a design even better than I imagined. Communication was excellent during the entire process, and my new ring was ready in about a month. I met with another jeweler prior to finding Goss Company Jewelers, but the price they quoted was much higher and for lesser quality. There were no hidden fees when I picked up the ring, and he even offered to buy the original gold band I brought in since I had no use for it any longer. I am over the moon with how the ring turned out and highly recommend going to Goss Company Jewelers for your custom pieces.

I’ve been going here for years for various pieces. Most recently, I got to bring one of my mom’s vintage watches out of retirement and I couldn’t be happier! They always do great work, are super friendly, and I know my jewelry is in good hands! Highly recommend!

Goss Jewelry has always been very kind, friendly and accommodating, until recently. My fiancé and myself have had several pieces of jewelry repaired by Goss Jewelry and was satisfied with the work and the experience. Several months past Goss repaired a Man’s diamond ring that had broken midway of the bottom. After wearing the ring for one day on five occasions, the ring broke in the same place. Goss Jewelry refused to stand behind their work and wanted to charge $80 for the repair. I was asked what I wanted. I want Goss to stand behind their work. They refused and said the ring was old and they could not guarantee their work. I told Goss, if I had been told that when he repaired the ring originally, i would understand. After being referred to as Bud, Bub and Man , I decided to leave. I was totally shocked at our conversation. If Goss had apologized for not informing me in the beginning about the ring being thin and the danger of it re breaking and offered a 50% discount on the repairs, I would have thought it was the right decision. I was regretful of the situation.

He created a stunning, piece that perfectly captures my fiance’s style. His honesty and fair pricing were refreshing, and he delivered the piece quickly—without compromising quality! Charlie at Goss is fantastic, a true craftsman. I had lost the diamond out of a 30 year old wedding set, and wanted the stone replaced but upgraded in size as a 30 year anniversary gift. Other Jewelers told me the ring wouldn't hold the size I wanted. Charlie made it happen!!! Absolutely stunning, without sacrificing my original wedding ring. Thank you Goss Jewelers, I'm beyond thrilled and almost as giddy as the day he put it on my finger!!!

My fiancé went to Goss Company Jewelers for my engagement ring and they did a wonderful job! I’m in love with my ring and all the details. I had to get it resized and Charlie was great and had it back to me very quickly. We will definitely be back!
