Very disappointed with this location. Went in to make a simple exchange. My boyfriend bought me an ankle bracelet for Christmas and the anklet came damaged. Remind you he paid a good amount of money and paid for the protection plan.When we went into the store and explained to the employee she told us we can do an even exchange and she will send a new anklet to our house without no issues. She even talked to the manger to let her know what happened and everyone was on the same page. While processing the exchange she was having some trouble with the system (seemed like she wasn’t to sure on how to properly process an exchange) so she then asked another employee and the manger to help and they did. While processing she messed up and did a refund instead and told us we wouldn’t be able to get a new anklet without having to pay another $300-400. Which made no sense to pay more for a product that already came damaged in the first place. The manger then told my boyfriend that there’s nothing they can do since she already did a refund. Which was very unprofessional and unfair. Would not be shopping here again, especially is employees aren’t properly trained. If the mistake was done on the employees end, the manger should’ve been able to fix the mistake.

My boyfriend and I went ring shopping and Jesus was really helpful. He was patient and enthusiastic and kind. Customer service at its finest. He also asked us questions about our lives and sized our fingers just to make sure we got the ring size. We ended up purchasing a very beautiful ring. Thank you Jesus for your help and thank you Zales for great customer service and friendly staff ☺️🙏😇

Jesus Rodriguez helped my husband and I when we went to buy my wedding band. He was knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. He was considerate of our style and pricing needs and treated us with the utmost respect. Employees like him, which we always encounter at Zales, are the reason we will only shop at Zales for our jewelry needs. Thank you for making our experience and our anniversary so special.

Dustin the assistant manager was a very great help. My best friend and I needed rings ideas and he made it very easy and comfortable to go through options. He gave really good professional opinions as well. Also we felt the customer connection to come back in the future. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Tucson location. Dustyn promptly acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and was very attentive throughout my visit. I came in to have my necklace cleaned and also ended up making a purchase. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Highly recommend!
