We went to Jared’s jewelers for our wedding band Brian was the one who helped us! The wedding band which I thought I loved, but when I picked it up, I wasn’t quite fond of it anymore. I was a little pain and I asked Brian if I could switch out my Wedding band and he had no problem and made me feel heard! He helped my Fiancé picking his wedding band and chose a great one that suits him! Brian is absolutely amazing. He’s a great worker and also a great person. Thank you so much Brian for making our visit smooth and comfortable. If you go to this location make sure to ask for Brian, he will take care of you guaranteed 😁 !

After onl8ne chat with Jared customer support about having a ring engraved and told they could do it,and no appo8ntment was necessary, I took my ring in to the store they suggested in chat at the address orovided some 9 miles away, along with another ring exact sample to copy, and was told they could not engrave it because it was not purchased at Jared and they could not replace it if a mistake was made. False info given. Warning: they will NOT engrave non-Jared jewelry.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I was asked to share my experience — and if it helps Monica, the wonderful salesperson who helped me, then it’s worth it! Monica was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about helping me. I explained the issues I’d been having getting my jewelry repaired at a different store. Monica took time to listen, carefully inspected my ring, reassured me, and had it fixed within minutes. It’s so rare to find honest, caring service like that. I left feeling so grateful — thank you, Monica, for going above and beyond!

This is our go to jewelry store here in Tucson. Brian is awesome!!! He is always so kind and takes great care of us. We have bought a few jewelry pieces and he is always super helpful. We appreciate him always.

Good employees good product bad management spent 9k on a chain and I walked away unhappy customer im buying a watch next you would think they would want my business ill look elsewhere for my jewelry needs in the future
