Excellent service! I brought three pieces of jewelry in to repair, and they were ready for pickup the next day. Very reasonable pricing and great service. Definitely recommend!
I brought in my engagement ring for resizing (up) and they were so helpful! They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism; they let me try the ring through the process to make sure it was a perfect fit. Done in less than 30 minutes! I had so much peace of mind getting it done in-house.
Drove for an hour to get to this place just to get here and be told they are by appointment only and that wouldn’t be able to serve me at all today. The place had literally just opened I can’t imagine they were booked for the whole day and the guy just hangs up on me. Worst customer experience ever. I came with cash to buy a gold chain from them and they lost out big time.
My gold chain link was broken n decided to go to the place i know from back in the day n end up it was appointment only..suck!! Sat in the car n googled more places. It has a better reviews n it was only 30 seconds away by car. They were super super nice people. They told me the process n the cost. Very professional!! In the back of my mind i thought they my might gouge me for more money. I was WRONG. This my future place to go to!!
Wonderful service! I stopped here to replace my watch battery because it was slowing down by about 1-3 hours. They said that it wasn't the battery, but just that it just needed a cleaning. They didn't accept any money even though they cleaned it up. There were lots of people coming in getting jewelry as well. If you like gold, I think it would be a great place. I'll definitely come back if I need my watch serviced.
I called to resize my ring. Was able to get in and got my ring resize in less than 30 minutes. It was unbelievable. I was also looking for a setting for my loose diamond and the lady was very helpful showing me my options. Best jewelry store I’ve been to. Thank you!
