The team at Joseph Jewelers are exactly who you want on your team. They are all out-of-their-way helpful, because that is who they genuinely are. We spoke on the phone about a concern I had with my ring, and they were already great (advice: first review the ringmaker’s preference/policy on repairs - helpful!) Next, when I brought it in for review, while they were inspecting it, decided to go ahead and fix it — and handed back to me a perfectly polished and beautiful piece. No mention of a fee, just a big smile and happy holidays, come see us if you need us. Such an awesome team.

My experience resizing ring was very good. My ring was perfectly sized to what I needed and I cannot see the spot where the work was done! Very happy with work quality. My reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the price of the work/communication prior to the work. I messaged requesting a quote for the cost of the work, and was told I could not receive a quote before coming in, despite having the needed metal karat, size change, and timeline. I dislike this as a business practice, as it feels like a grab for business, "you’re too lazy to go elsewhere since we already have you here". I was not expecting an exact price, just a general approximation. Especially since the consultant looked at a price table for the work once I arrived, I feel strongly this approximation could be done via message prior to me coming. In the future, unless they provide better price transparency prior to coming in, I will be going to another jeweler who I discovered after this work who provided me a (better priced) quote ahead of time. I am very happy with the customer service and work quality. However, in this age where everything is so incredibly expensive, I am increasingly prioritizing price transparency from the places I support. Just something to balance and consider!

Beautiful rose gold diamond engagement ring. Such high quality and just exquisite craftsmanship. Very pleasant experience dealing with Tony and Bobby.
