They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

Please call ER Sawyer if your jewelry was affected by a fire (or for any jewelry reasons, really)! Our story - my wife and I lost our home in the LA wildfires on 1/8/25. She was 8 months pregnant with twins at the time, and had taken off her wedding and engagement rings due to her finger swelling. When I went back to our home, it was completely destroyed but somehow I was able to find the rings! I searched for someone who could help. I found and contacted ER Sawyer about this, and asked if I could ship it to them, have the engagement ring restored, and even add in the birth stones of our three kids (including the now-born twins). I assumed the answer would be that it wasn't possible. But to my grateful surprise, Leslie at ER Sawyer said yes, helped me the entire way, charged a very reasonable and fair price, and was able to get it back to me in time for Valentine's Day! With all we had gone through in the previous 6 weeks, I can't put into words how moving it was to be able to surprise her on Valentine's Day with this incredibly special moment. The ring is beautiful, they did a phenomenal job with the stone additions, but most importantly Leslie and her team empathized with our situation and truly cared about this piece of jewelry. I brought in a Rolex GMT Master to be refurbished. It was scratched and the dial did not screw in. The watch was very worn! They were incredibly helpful in the store to take my watch and have it sent out. They communicated with me during every step to keep me informed of the progress. I received my watch back in better than new condition. I swear, I didn’t think it could look this good. Leslie is a rock star!!! I don't know where to start... She helped up pick out our matching wedding bands and engraved them. She was patient and helped us find a style that was us. We also had my grandma's wedding band that I wanted for a wedding ring. It was originally set in platinum but too small. She was able to recreate the ring in rose gold and it came out breathe taking. She is fun to work with and totally recommend her!!!

During the pandemic I had spent hours searching online and was more confused than when I had started my search. I came to Christine having no clue what I was doing, but had a plan to propose on that same day and still no ring. Christine helped me in less than an hour pick an engagement ring put in a temporary setting and got me out the door. She helped in my understanding what shape size and diamond I had wanted and why I preferred a certain setting over the other. Christine has worked with me and my wife the last few years and each interaction is a treat. The last time we came in they took an old ring made it brand new and walked us through the piece under a jewelry microscope streaming to the TV to make sure we could also see if anything was wrong with it. I was searching for a jeweler to size up my heirloom ring that was very difficult due to the thinness and style of the ring. Several people recommended ER Sawyer Jewelers. I reached out online and got a reply the following day from Lynn. Lynn was amazing. She reviewed my photos and provided me a detailed description of the repair process and cost. I checked with other jewelers and was either told they could not resize the ring or the risks involved. After my interaction with Lynn, I felt confident enough to bring my ring to them. I met Lynn and she inspected my ring and again gave me confidence in their ability to work on my ring. My ring was finished before the estimated date and it was beautiful!
