I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Michael. I am not a huge fan of the ring shopping process—the focus on clarity, cut, and color and big diamonds doesn't feel overly important to me, and I felt out of place in other stores. Michael was completely different. He understood my understated style and reassured me that I deserved a ring that feels comfortable and authentic to me. Because I didn’t feel pressured , I even found myself becoming more interested in the culture and language of ring shopping. He truly "got" me, and it made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Michael even coordinated with his manager, Nick, to help my then-boyfriend size a temporary ring just days before our engagement, allowing us to slow down and create a ring that we truly love. Nick was also so understanding. After visiting over a dozen other stores, this experience stood out as thoughtful, personal and actually fun.

Had a great experience at Jared. I purchased an engagement ring here and my fiancé absolutely loved it the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Huge thanks to Jorge for taking the time to help me find the perfect ring and also helping me pick out a Christmas necklace. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. This Jared location is truly exceptional. Every time I visit, the service is excellent and consistent. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring here, and most recently a pair of diamond earrings, and I’ve been extremely happy with the results each time. On this visit, our representative was Sharon, who was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this store and will certainly continue returning in the future.

First time I’ve ever been into a Jarad jewelry store. I was met outstanding courtesy; the manager of the store Rene was absolutely wonderful! My sentimental nameplate necklace was broke and they fixed it free of charge. I would highly recommend this store in Carmel Mountain San Diego.

I have been a customer of Jared Jewelers for a considerable period. I have encountered both commendable and unsatisfactory customer service experience. Nevertheless, your establishment located on Carmel Mountain Rd is inviting, calm, and welcoming. The personnel are exceptionally professional and personable, which reflects positively on the store manager. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick, who made a lasting impression on me. I recall purchasing a ring online, which appeared stunning on picture. But on arrival the situation had differed. I work from home and ran in to return ring. I was not at my best, yet I was treated with the upmost respect, humor, and joy. Ultimately, I was encouraged to return for further shopping. It felt good to not be judged. I’ve never been to a Jared location before. I met with Jorge and he made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. My boyfriend and I had just broken up and it was already awkward enough having to go in to discuss an extended warranty plan and also, having a little anxiety of what to expect.
