I was also impressed by how they make customers feel welcome. They had snacks and sodas in the waiting room, which is a rare and thoughtful touch. I had checked the spot price beforehand, and I feel they gave me a very fair and competitive price for my gold. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking to sell gold. They are professional, honest, and truly go above and beyond.

Very personable staff. I felted very comfortable selling my old Gold Rings, that were laying around the house to them. Some places you feel like your getting ripped off when you sell, but not here. They explain what each item is worth, no pressure. I would not hesitate to bring your items to the Gold Refinery.

I calculated they paid 70% spot price for 14kt gold at the time of my selling. Everyone there is pleasant, good customer service. I don’t think 70% spot for 14kt gold is all that great. I would shop around a bit but these guys aren’t a bad option.
