Linda helped me design a custom engagement ring and it came out perfectly how I imagined it. Best of all, this shop works with rarer gemstones, such as australian fire opal. I went to other chain jewelry stores before coming here and none of them were able to fulfill my request. I'm so grateful for Kim Quang Jewelry. They were extremely professional, updated me on each step of the design process, and were not pushy at all. I will definitely come back and would recommend them!

Linda was great with helping me create my dream engagement ring. She was super easy to work with and helped me bring my vision to life. The final product was more beautiful than I could have imagined, sapphire center stone with accent diamonds with a pave band! Absolutely obsessed with my engagement ring. Everyone in the store is so kind, professional and helpful! We really enjoyed looking at all their jewelry. My fiancé got his wedding band here and I left with a beautiful jade bangle as well! We brought some of our own rings to be resized and they finished all the resizing while we were still shopping! 🙂

Found this business doing a Google search for ring resizing and spoke to Sandy over the phone. I brought the ring to the store so they could look at the piece and see if the resizing could be done. Almost immediately, Linda said the could do it and not touch the center stone. They resizing was quoted to take about 90 minutes... I left the ring in their care and they exceeded my expectations. Work was done in half the time they told me and the work is flawless.

This place did a great job repairing my jewelry (4 necklaces total). The process was smooth and quick. The store was clean and smelled good. The woman who helped me (owner?) and the other lady was very kind. I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs.

Took a spontaneous trip here to re-size my bracelet. Service was excellent, efficient and 100% satisfactory! Was able to resize my bracelet, polish and clean my ring, pick out a chain, turn the extra stones into a pendant, all under less than an hour. Linda was so helpful, friendly, sweet. Came home with an extra piece of jewelry, handpicked and customized exactly to my liking! Yayyy! Will be my go-to shop next time and onward!
