I hope this helps. My experience was neutral. Can't say that it was good or bad. I had 36 different pieces of silver and 3 pieces were gold, weighing right at 140grams. 1 small chain was 10k gold and 2 necklace charms were 12kt gold but he could not accept the charms because they were gold filled. Gentleman that took care of me quickly ran a magnet and weighed everything in a scale, did some calculations and gave me a price. He said he had to add counter weight do to silver having many different stones. Don't know to much on the process as im new to selling scrap silver. I thought process was very fast and seemed rushed. I really dont know if it was a fare exhchange but if your looking for some fast cash. Hope this helps.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mike at the Pat Booker location. While good customer service is always appreciated, Mike operates on a completely different level that deserves a specific shout-out. It’s clear from the moment you start talking to him that he isn't just following a script; he has a comprehensive, "big picture" understanding of the industry.

Although I did not sell on this occasion, the owner of the establishment was courteous and gave me the information on a gold class ring from 1927 I inherited! They offer 65-70% of market spot price on majority of gold items below 22kt (~91% pure) and/or small quantities. This is a common amount for shops like this. I had read reviews claiming 85-90% spot purchases, but this was probably for large amounts of pure gold (24kt/bullion). You CAN get 80 to 100%+ spot $ on any gold and/or silver you have... through other avenues (both online and in person), so it's important to do your research! If you need money quickly and want to be treated with respect, then I would definitely recommend this shop! P.S.- they don't actually sell anything in the shop so the "exchange" part of the name just refers to "exchanging" cash/check for your valuables!

Great experience! Walked in and the gentleman was in the middle of a deal that was going to take 30–40 minutes. I mentioned I had a small item to sell, and he kindly asked the other customers if they minded if he helped me first. They didn’t, and he took care of my transaction right away. He gave me an excellent deal on a gold filling my dentist had just removed. Thanks again for the great service.

Employee at the store was super hospitable very knowledgeable, they charge 25$ to check the metals and he waived the fee for me. I would definitely recommend coming here over ANY pawn shop. Thanks guys!
