The owner is one of the most creative, coolest, nicest guys I've ever met. His art pieces are gorgeous and unique and I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this place. I forgot to mention I came in here for an ebay purchase and when I told them the checkout wasn't working for the 5$ discount he gave me the 5$ in cash out of his drawer. Just a really stand up guy! Also gave me 25% off of a gorgeous mother of pearl necklace as a present for being a new customer and probably for it being the holidays. I will be returning for me beautiful pieces!!!

Went here for several years, but I'll NEVER return. The receipts are NOT itemized. Somehow it costs a $100 to size up a sterling silver ring, then also $100 to turn around and size it down. Make that make sense. The older gentleman would not give me an ITEMIZED receipt, shady. Awful business practices & service.

We received a gift certificate to Gold Masters from a Friend. We went and my husband pick out an amethyst necklace. On a visit to my sisters the stone came out, when I got home we took it up there and he replaced it for free due to a prong error. We went back and had an engagement ring made and it is beautiful, now we are having a wedding band made to match it. I would recommend this location to every one, They are a great group of people to have as a jewelers.

Took my watches in for battery,links removed. They did it on the spot. Went back for a watch repair. They asked to clean and inspect my jewelry. Don't pass that up... One of my diamonds was visibly loose. Again they fixed it on the spot. Customer service is above and beyond. I'll be back.
