Melissa and Nathan were absolutely amazing, I really enjoyed working with these two while selecting the ring for my recent engagement. The ring turned out nothing short of flawless and my newly fiancé is IN LOVE with it; and so am I. I live in Texas and still had zero issues working with Kambourian, they were very attentive and professional with sending me high quality photos/videos of the diamonds while I was going through the whole process. Kamborian has moved from their Carytown location but they're amazing as ever! Was recommended to Kamborian by some gym friends. Joey worked with us through all my hemming and hawing, several appointments, and multiple times of changing my mind when my husband and I went in to look at rings. Ended up with something beautiful and much larger than I ever would have imagined! He even got the ring there in time for our elopement in March right before the covid shut down! Joey was friendly responsive and invested into making everything perfect. Would absolutely recommend Kamborian over ANY other shop. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience at Kambourian! I was shopping for an engagement ring for my fiancee and truly had no idea where to begin. As daunting as this experience can be, Joey, Becky, and the rest of the store workers were very patient in describing each ring and how well or how poorly my family's heirloom diamond would match with each design. They gave me advice on popular designs, but at the end, they allowed me to pick what I thought best for my future wife. I only gave them about 2 and half weeks to order the setting and design my custom ring, but they finished it just in time before I left for Texas to propose over Thanksgiving. All in all, great service at an affordable price. Still new to the Richmond area, it is very comforting to know of a local jeweler that I can trust.

We were sold on Kambourian Jewelers the moment we entered the store. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. They were extremely competent and knowledgeable in their work. They gained your trust right away. You just felt they were giving you the best possible deal. After going to a couple local gold shops and being disappointed, Kambourian Jewelers gave us a very good and fair price. They also provided an excellent recommendation on a diamond ring. They are fair and honest and I would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them as well!

I had a very pleasant experience at Kambourian Jewelers today. They offered me almost twice as much for my gold ring as the other gold buyer I visited. They were friendly and took the time to educate me on the process to evaluate gold for sale. The store is clean and organized and they have a fine selection of Jewelry even though I was not looking to purchase today. I would definitely recommend this business based on their service level alone and I especially appreciate that they are a local business.

It has been six months since I had the stone changed in my class ring and I *still* cannot get over how much I like my stone and how beautifully Kambourian set it. For anyone who doesn’t have experience buying Balfour class rings, some of the stone options depending on your ring type and school can be very uninspiring. I found myself disinclined to wear the ring very often because the Balfour stone was disappointing and made the rest of the ring look cheap. Then one day it occurred to me I could have the stone changed to something in my favorite color, yellow. Nathan Kambourian walked me through a quick analysis of the true metallurgy of my ring, sized the stone needed. and then explored stone options that might be most complementary. Nathan found a stone, citrine, that would fulfill my desire for yellow tones while also preserving a visual maturity that could keep the ring from looking like I found it in a Cracker Jack box. He also zeroed in on a rear faceted ring that would catch and reflect light from multiple directions. His communication during my consultation and throughout the different key points of his workflow was outstanding. And my ring turned out beyond even my wildest expectations. The best thing I can say about my ring is that I wear it all day every day now, taking it off only for hygienic necessities.
