Brought a mess of inherited pieces. They were thorough, efficient and competitive price-wise. Even recommended to not sell them some items as they felt I’d do better selling them intact elsewhere.

I had some gold pieces that area (gloucester Va) gold buyers told me was worth a certain amount. Haig actually gave me the honest value which was almost double. The others were all lying to me. I gladly drove 2 hours to deal with an honest man. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 🌟

I went to Kambourian Jewelers to buy an engagement ring and Nathan Kambourian was extremely helpful. Before this process I had no idea about rings. When I told him my story and budget range he picked a diamond that was shipped in from New York that he envisioned as a best fit. The diamond was perfectly shaped and very eye catching in a dimmed room so I knew that was the one. Also he gave me advice of the pros and cons of different ring designs from what's in fashion and what types would require the most maintenance. We opted for a less maintenance, solitaire design and put the extra funds into a higher quality center stone. Lastly, Nathan was able set the ring and the price I paid was definitely at a greater value compared to any other large department jeweler after doing some online research. With the ring Nathan included the diamond's GIA certification. I highly recommend using Kambourian Jewelers

Haig is very friendly yet professional. He made an offer for my sterling and said it was good for several days…..there was no pressure to sell immediately. Doing my due diligence I took my sterling to another jeweler/buyer and their offer was $200. less than the offer from Kambourian. My overall experience was excellent, and I’ll be taking my silver plate pieces there in the very near future.

I had a large volume of silver from a family estate. We had good conversation, and they were very transparent about pricing. I got a great price for my Sterling and they also paid me for a pile of other silver-plated goods. By mistake, I had left some Sterling in the plated pile, and they actually reached out to me after I left to pay for it! I was blown away by that integrity. I would highly recommend Kambourian.

5 stars: 1. Paid top dollar. Needed to liquidate sterling flatware for estate. Kambourian paid 60% more than the pawn shop offered. 2. Friendly, efficient and quick transaction. 3. Beautiful location - the building is a treat to walk into. 4. Will be my go to if I need this service again.

This is a real diamond office. They bought a diamond ring I inherited from a family member. The buyer showed me diamonds like the one I was selling. He paid 10% less than he would sell it for. I felt very comfortable, the offer was nearly double than other offers I received in NOVA. It was worth the drive to Richmond. The office is hard to find. The GPS will take you directly to the location. It’s on the second floor of a museum that looks like a mansion. So when I got there I was seeing a huge mansion and not a store. They could do better with signage or explaining how to find them.
