Welcoming and knowledgeable jewelry store with tons of options and beautiful pieces. I’ve been coming to this jewelry store for years and the new location is a perfect upgrade. So many options from many different designers. Staff is extremely helpful and kind to all. Waiting area for kids! This is a must stop shop for anyone looking for the highest quality stones in North Carolina or surrounding states!

If I could give them more stars I would. I wanted my wife’s and my wedding rings joined together somehow on a chain. Catch was I didn’t want them cut through and I wanted to be able to read the inside inscriptions. They were innovative and actual worked it out. They offered to discount the price due to the length of time it took to complete the job but I told them no, you have exceeded my expectations.

Love love love loooooove this place. Nicest people I’ve met. It doesn’t matter what your budget is, you’re treated equally wonderful. Incredible selection and some true gems.

Stopped in for watch battery replacement and to have a link added back to watch band. Service was quick, courteous, and work was done well.

I have shopped many jewelry stores all over the country for MANY years, however CMI is now my very favorite!!!! A beautiful store with an exceptional selection and most of all a staff second to none ( Katie Goyal is my favorite). Give them a try.

I can’t recommend the CMI team enough. Katie guided us through the process to select and alter my wife’s wedding band (absolutely gorgeous) and Tim is stellar when it comes to the watch game. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in before making a decision anywhere else. The CMI team truly takes a "customer first" approach and will be my jeweler for as long as they are in business.
