My wife and I came in knowing what we had to sell. We let the gentleman go through the collection and wondered if he would point out our better valued items or just price everything together. Surprisingly not only did he itemize everything in front of us but he did point out our higher valued gold coins and gave us a great price. Honest, straight forward and amazing to work with. My experience with this business was far from positive. The staff showed little professionalism, and the offers they made were significantly below reasonable market value. If you’re hoping for a fair deal, you’ll likely be disappointed. You’re better off exploring online marketplaces or reputable pawnshops, as Capital Coins and Jewelry LLC does not seem committed to offering customers honest or competitive prices.

We had an excellent experience earlier this week when we visited Andy at Capital Coin and Jewelry to show him the coin collection I inherited from my father. He carefully examined each group of coins and offered a fair price for the silver pieces. For the remaining items, he provided thoughtful advice, suggesting we deposit them in the bank where they could at least earn interest. When we asked about the value of a rare coin, Andy took the time to consult his reference books and walked us through how coin valuations are determined. His professionalism and transparency made the entire process comfortable and informative.

I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. They consistently try to lowball customers, offering far less than fair value. You’re better off selling your items online or taking them to a pawnshop. Capital Coins and Jewelry LLC seems to undervalue everyone who walks in.
