I can’t thank enough to Natalie and Michael, they replaced my engagement ring diamond because I lost it, they were very nice, patient, professional. Showed me lots of options. They were able to fix it the same day, cleaned my rings and now they look brand new, simply beautiful and very affordable price. Highly recommended! Best jewelry place in town!

About a year ago, I saw a beautiful ring in the display case but at that time, I couldn’t afford it. For my birthday, my husband said he would buy it for me if it was still available. I reached out to the shop, sent them an photo and they confirmed that it was available and that the current price was $1150. The sales woman told me previously that they were having a 25% off sale and asked if they would honor it for that piece. Not only would they not honor that sale, they told me they would no longer be selling it for the 1150 as it was now worth $9000 and it would be going to some auction and I could bid on it there. The ring was there for over a year, you gave me the price for it and now you won’t honor your own pricing? Totally unprofessional. I have made dozens of deals worth more than $50,000 with the owner and John at the location on US1, but because of this I will not be back.

I came in here a few weeks ago to get my wife a ring and get her previous one repaired and turns out the ring was purchased in the right time frame for the repair to be free and it made my whole day! Ava was so sweet and caring during the entire interaction! I came in to pick it up and Ava wasn’t there but i’m hoping to see her again soon because she is so knowledgeable at her age and so caring. Keep it up young lady! You’re going far in life!

Absolutely thrilled with the service at St. Lucie Jewelry & Coin! I brought in an Edwardian-era ring for restoration, and the results are stunning. Payten was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and Jose's craftsmanship truly shone in the finished product. UPDATE.... forgot to tell you all that I got my appraisal back and it was completely detailed and throughly awesome! Kristina is very helpful and her attention that she pays when listening to you as a customer definitely helps when choosing something for yourself or a loved one.
