I can’t say enough good things about LSO Jewelers and Repair! I brought in a bracelet that was looking pretty dull and worn, and they polished it beautifully—it looks absolutely stunning now, like it just came out of the box. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Kelly, in particular, was amazing—so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. First, you have to be patient when working with LSO. They’re not there to just sell you something. They listen and want to provide you with exactly what you are looking for or had in mind. They’re professional, reasonable, and more importantly accommodating. I have been going to them for a few years now and have never been disappointed.
