Before 2 weeks i want to this store and i bought a coin supposed to be 22k i felt it’s not real i asked the lady to change it she did. Still i felt not the 22k i usually buy. I asked chat GPT to help how i can figure out so i get a location where they own a special machine to help me to know if it is 21k or 22k . The machine confirmed it is 21k and we paid for 22k . I was new customer i will never ever go to you because you are cheating

Unfortunately, I noticed scratches on mine the same day I bought it. Weeks later, I saw her hosting a live TikTok sale and decided to leave a comment: "You told me my ring wouldn’t scratch, and it did." Instead of responding or addressing it, I was immediately blocked. That alone says a lot. If it had been an honest mistake, I would’ve appreciated some accountability or even a simple apology—not to be silenced. I was also forced into writing a review for a "better price." Again, I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this, but I believe others should be aware of how this business—and certain employees—handle customer concerns. I was looking for a special piece of gold jewelry, and Nagham went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. She was very patient with us. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding, and the customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

First time I purchase from here i usually buy from others stores regularly the girl was very nice and sweet and atended us to see many pieces but at the end when purchasing two rings she ask for our Ids then I noticed she took a picture with her phone of my license and credit card of mine and my moms I thought it was weird and ask why they do that she said no worries is just procedures. I went home thinking that these people have my license picture and credit card they can do fraud with my information I have never had any jewlery store take a picture of my id and credit card without my concent this is why i give 3 stars.
