The store converted 2 bracelets to 2 chokers. The store gave me a very good price so I also bought a pendent. I want to buy some more jewelries from this store.

Beware of using Zelle if you’re ordering from out of state. I sent the cash and the next day they said they didn’t receive it. So I called my bank and checked online to make sure it sent and wasn’t pending. It did go through. They claimed they didn’t receive it, once again. I asked them to call their bank to check. By the evening, they told me to cancel the Zelle, which anyone who uses Zelle knows it works like cash and you cannot simply cancel it. So the next day I called my bank to see what options I had. The representative informed me that they immediately received the Zelle as soon as I sent it. They also claimed to have TD bank but they use Chase. Very shady and very shameful to put a customer through this when they could have easily checked their account. It takes one minute to log in. Instead, they wasted my time. Also, why lie? When I told them I filed a claim, they immediately said they received my payment….

I was struggling to find a perfect size because my wrist is really small, and they were extremely patient with me! Coming back again from Nh just for their treatment ‼️‼️Comentario traducidoVer original

Not only is the service here good but the people are too. I've honestly never met kinder, more polite & professional people. Thank you Ahmed & Doreen for your help in selecting lovely gifts. There is one other man here (sorry to not know his name) who was also helpful. They treat all their diverse customers w respect and repairs are done quickly. They always have something new and even a few vintage-looking finds!

This is the best store ever! The other big store is not like this one. This one is smaller on 974 main street. Ahmad is AMAZING. He is so honest and sweet and kind. He is not rude and always tries to make you smile and feel good when making a purchase. Thank you so much for everything! AND Best prices!Comentario traducidoVer original
