Selbym was phenomenal in every possible way, she helped us throughout the entire process of buying both of our rings. Just made it such a delightful experience. She is genuinely pleasant, caring and one of the nicest people I’ve ever bought from in the retail industry. She made buying our rings so much fun and we both absolutely love what we got. Bradley was amazing to work with. He was patient and knowledgeable. He showed us lots of different options and was able to explain clearly what each ring and stone quality was. He was very friendly and made the experience in buying an engagement ring enjoyable.

Follow up after receiving my multiple 31st wedding anniversary items from Jared was outstanding! Wanted to get a better clasp and Melissa Haas gave me an affordable solution and she was so patient and gracious with her time(i did not feel rushed or pressured)! I Loooooove this store ! Customer service is exceptional and the fact that it got a facelift is a plus ! Adrienne D was friendly and welcoming as soon as my fiancé and I entered the store. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us in resizing and repairing my engagement ring. She was also able to answer any questions we had about wedding band options and helped size my fiancé as well. Amina was very helpful and great at explaining options. She helped to determine which ring was a best fit based on our preferences and we were able to pick out a very nice and sturdy ring for my husband. We would definitely come back for her help in the future!

I have to take the time to recognize Angela London. I had an emerald that was very sentimental to me and needed a setting. Angela was so patient with me and helped me pick the perfect setting. She designed it and it’s prettier in person than I ever expected. I can’t thank her enough. She has gained a forever client for sure!!
