My fiancé absolutely loves the custom ring I had commissioned from Monarch Jewelry. She was absolutely floored by how beautiful the ring was! She actually forgot to say "yes" and just started crying as soon as she saw it and put out her hand haha. Thank you guys so much for this. The customer service, open communication, designing, testing, and quality assurance of the finished product has been stellar. AND still cost significantly less for the same amount of quality some other jewelers were quoting me. I'm looking forward to commissioning wedding bands in the future with you guys. All of your 5 star reviews are WELL deserved. By chance, I had the luck to start my designing process with Shawn Przeclawski, who I met in person and helped me choose a beautiful diamond and base design to work off of, as well as provided approximate pricing for the ring. He gave me the initial 3D renders which were excellent from the beginning and clearly matched my expectations. He's also a great conversation partner haha. Also thanks to Dan Carillet and Endhy Pino, who helped to further refine the final design and provide many valuable suggestions. Communication was always prompt and transparent about any limitations, pricing, or time constraints, and I could tell that they greatly valued my time and business. Greatly looking forward to ordering more jewelry from here in the future!

We purchased my engagement ring from Monarch and they did a wonderful job! I had a specific design in mind and they brought it to life beautifully. We worked with Nina and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

After a not so great experience with another local jewelry store trying to design a unique engagement ring, a friend recommended Monarch Jewelry. Nina & the team at Monarch turned our entire design experience around! Using our original deep green Sapphire, heirloom stones, and an additional green diamond they were able to create a one of a kind piece that is absolutely stunning! It was an amazingly quick and fun process! Next time something sparkly is needed we will be back at Monarch! 🙂

Been in several times. Wish I had paid attention that they were here right across the street. Yet when I needed them, they delivered. I have sold silver and gold with them and they repaired my wedding ring (it looks better than it ever did). I’ve been to other Winter Park jewelers and many have attitudes with the address, yet this is not the case with Monarch. They are always friendly, caring and attentive. Highly recommend.

Broke my favorite everyday cross necklace and it was not fixable. However the staff was extremely kind and helpful! I was able to replace the necklace with an even more charming and detailed piece that remained true to what I loved about my original necklace! Definitely recommend for any jewelry needs 😊

Got some engravings done for my knives and they came out perfect! Great customer service, fair pricing, and I noticed a huge selection of beautiful jewelry as well! Will be getting some jewelry in the near future as well. Shawn knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about this amazing place. Their selection of products is truly amazing, and you can really see the care and investment put into each and every piece of jewelry. The team is welcoming and warm, and they make sure to take care of everything that matters to you in a piece. This is absolutely my go-to store from now on for every occasion (no worries, I already send my husband the address 😉). Highly recommended!
