Amanda was fantastic! I have to admit, I'm pretty jaded towards pawn shops and precious metal buyers, so I was very impressed with her integrity and honesty. She was very open about what we could expect, and what she's seeing in the current market based on her experience. I didn't feel pressured to sell anything I didn't want to sell, and I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I had several follow up questions and all her answers were both earnest and logical. We need more of this in the industry and even though precious metal buyers will probably never be my first go to, I really appreciated her and if I find myself needing to sell again I will absolutely go here for the honesty!
