If I could give Noble House zero stars, I would. They don’t stand behind their own inventory. Be prepared to overpay and then pay again when it breaks.

La mejor tienda de joyería en la que he tenido el placer de comprar durante los últimos 43 años. I have shopped many other stores in my life but none compare in the value and quality of Noble House. I have given many of their unique pieces to friends and family. Every time I visit the store I see beautiful pieces that tempt me to take them home... thank goodness they have a great lay away program. I was shopping for a Christmas gift and had a not-so-big budget to spend. I wasn't by any means a priority client, but they treated me as if I were going to spend thousands of dollars. The service was way above what I've experienced at big box stores. And so was their knowledge of their products. Before my trip was over I met the owner and she gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. I have shopped exclusively at Noble House Jewelry for more than 25 years. I religiously send my friends and family there. I have always been beyond pleased with the price and quality of the jewelry I have purchased at Noble House. Low pressure sales. The owners Zoe and Doug regularly are in the store working with customers. They work to understand your budget and you absolutely get the most for your dollar. On the rare occasion I have had an issue, their service has also been top notch. On one particular instance my wife lost an unusual stone from a pendant. They were able to match it and repair it perfectly. You can't go wrong at Noble House! They are also fabulous consultants. My wife wanted a softer stone for her wedding ring. She never takes it off and is very active. Not only did they help design the ring they also recommended we purchase insurance on the ring given they type of stone and setting and my wife's activity level. In two years we filed two claims on the ring when it was damaged. The insurance was a life saver. Several thousand in repairs and $160 in premiums over two years - well worth it.

We dropped off my wife's ring to be repaired and were quoted a price and time to repair. The man was rude and acted as if he couldn't be bothered. The ring was two months late for pick up and the price was raised 50% without telling us. Zoe was just as rude when we picked it up. Everyone I dealt with was rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. The ring is badly repaired.

I was referred to Noble house by a friend . I wanted to purchase a specific keepsake for each of my sons for Christmas. I had a budget and the owners son Doug worked really hard for me to find me the absolute best quality while helping me maintain my spending limit. All of the sales staff that were available jumped in to help and in the end I walked out absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Previous multiple purchase customer. Set up appointment for wife's high end watch, battery replacement. Assured no problem. Took watch in and apparently they had over estimated their ability to change the battery on a watch they sold us years ago. After 2 days and multiple excuses we were told they got a battery back in it but it wouldn't work now. They said they tried 3 different battery types? Gave the watch back and said we were on our own. We're hoping they didn't break something in the watch movement during their attempts to get the watch running. Wish they'd have just said they can't do it they're not qualified, when we first took the watch in. That would have saved a lot of trouble and hard feelings. Hopefully Tivol's watch department will be willing to look at the watch and get it running again. Sad example of customer service. They sure didn't have any trouble trying the hard sell routine for us to buy something while we were in their store waiting for info. We would not recommend them these days. Times change I guess, pun intended.
