Can't say enough good things about this shop and its people. They do great work in a timely fashion. Beautiful selection of rings and turquoise jewelry. Local family owned and operated is also a plus. Wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there.

The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable about his pieces. He showed me the perfect ring. My husband loved it and the price was better than other jewelry stores in the surrounding area. Best of all, he didn't have to order it!

I was in for the first time today. As I walked in I overheard the gentleman who walked in before me say that he just came in to say hi and didn’t need anything…that mattered to me! I was greeted by the nicest gentleman who fixed my bent/scuffed wedding set from a fall I took all for free in 5 min…that mattered to me! Nowadays it’s hard to find good customer service I will definitely be back!

I went in to buy a wedding band for my wife. The staff was extremely friendly, and helped me find the ring I was looking for. I asked about sizing and they let me know that they send it elsewhere to get resized so it would take a few weeks to get back, but I could go ahead and give it to my wife and just bring it back in later. We ended up bringing it back in for sizing a few days later. Upon picking the ring back up, I was told that the cost to resize was $120! There was never any mention of sizing being extra upon the initial purchase, or when I brought it back in to drop it off for the resizing. I was told when I picked it up that they used to not charge for the first sizing, but now have to because of inflation. I called another jeweler after I left to see if this was common practice and they said they do not charge for the first sizing of rings. The ring is great, but had I known I was going to be charged extra to for initial sizing I would have picked another jeweler. I do not recommend this business

Absolutely best people ever! My husband & I stumbled upon Mackley’s one year on accident & ever since this is the ONLY place we take our jewelry to be fixed! Super nice repair jeweler & the ladies are also super friendly! Great place!

Tucked in beside Lane Music, just down from the Chop House on Kingston Pike, you will find one of the nicest jewelry stores around! Darryl Mackley offers friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service along with the beautiful jewelry displayed in his shop. Today I went in to ask him some questions about one of my bracelets. I had not been in for a while and yet he knew me by name and was happy to see me, answer my questions, and completely resolve my dilemma. I was not making a purchase, and yet he was completely as friendly and attentive as if I were buying a new piece of jewelry. That’s just the way he is ~ not only does he take pride in the beauty and workmanship of the jewelry he offers for sale, but he genuinely cares about the people who come in to his shop. Anytime I need a new piece of jewelry, or an old one repaired or updated, he is my go-to guy ~ I cannot recommend him highly enough!!
