I cannot recommend Gemstone Designs enough. They were kind and quick, and extremely knowledgeable. At other stores, it felt like they didn’t care about their customers, so when we turned to Gemstone Designs, my fiancé and I were shocked and very pleased! Another jeweler had waited weeks to give us a quote, claimed the ring would take almost four months, and even when we communicated clearly what we were looking for, their drawings and models turned out wrong. Here, they sat with us and sketched the ring on the spot, found materials and gave us a quote, and even a timeframe for completion, with no appointments and no fuss. When my ring size changed and the ring got stuck, it had to be cut off, but they repaired it quickly. It looks as though it was never damaged! Wonderful people running a wonderful business!

We were looking to upgrade my engagement ring and visited several custom jewelers in the area. Some were crazy expensive and most did not bother getting me a quote in a timely manner. I walked in and told Ron what type of stone I wanted. Once the stone arrived, Tim helped me design a custom setting that would go with my existing band. Tim 3D printed the setting for me to try on and we made a few tweaks. When the ring was complete, we were blown away. He knocked it out of the park. Their communication during whole process was excellent. I will definitely come back to have Tim design a pendant out of my old engagement ring.

They have a "can do" attitude! I wanted to replace a center stone in a ring but did not know exactly what I wanted. We sat down at his computer to look a different colors of stones. I picked out a few and he ordered them for me to see in person. I wasn’t sure about those, so we ordered more. I finally made that BIG decision, had the work done, and I love it!! Great work by this fine company. I will be going back to get the replaced stone from my ring made into a pendant soon. Highly recommended!

Excellent store. Did a great job on my repair or my wife's wedding ring. Very fast with high quality. Many, many beautiful Stones to choose from. The custom jewelry that they design and built were outstanding. I talked with them about doing some custom designs and they said that it would not be a problem. Thank you for everything.
