Though their customer service was good enough, I was glad to leave - high pressure, didn't have an opportunity to see everything I wanted, and felt like they were telling me only what I wanted to know. I had solicited plenty of feedback and read quite a bit on the internet, but within the first 5 minutes I realized I had to throw out misconceptions and that I had a lot to learn. The entire process was smooth and there was no rush - just over 2 weeks from the first visit, to picking diamonds, to picking up the ring. Earlier this month, I brought my wedding ring into The Diamond Specialists intent on having the band changed to a clasp-type band because I was having difficulty getting my ring past my knuckle due to an old injury. Changing the band would have cost thousands of dollars. The owner, Russell Oshita, convinced me NOT to change the band and while I waited in his shop with my daughter, he resized it and made it look brand new! My wedding ring has been in my husband's family for four generations, so I was leary to go to a jeweler for fear something awful would happen to it. After reading the website and looking over the reviews, I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. If you are looking for sincerity, integrity and top notch professional service, I would highly recommend going to The Diamond Specialists!
