Their gemologist graduate and customer service people were awesome!!! Went there for a written appraisal and got it back within hours! Verses other place takes a month or so!!! Even when I went to their other shop in Vegas across pawn stars great customer service!!! Definitely recommended!

They have always been legit and very honest in conducting business. They always treat me with respect and have always been professional with me from the start. Some jewelry stores will judge me from my clothes or my young appearance from the start but not them. Sometimes I just bring my jewelry in for testing and don’t even buy anything and they are always willing to help. The owner and staff is very knowledgeable and very kind and they’ll always get my business before any other pawn / jewelry shop.
