I recently had the wonderful experience of working with Robert Palma on my engagement ring redesign! It was an incredibly special experience. I came in truly not knowing what I wanted, but Robert spent a lot of time with me coming up with a shared vision. He created something that perfectly reflects the story I wanted to share; something earthy and floral that also incorporated diamonds from my grandmother’s ring (4th pic). Robert's personal touch through every step of this process resulted in a ring even more beautiful than I imagined, filled with personal details and heart. I couldn’t be more grateful!!

We truly enjoyed working with Robert Palma to design a beautiful custom ring! He helped our vision come to life with his expertise, attentiveness, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process. It was our first time working with a custom jeweler, and we really appreciated the time he spent with us in the design process from start to finish: his prompt communication beginning with the initial consultation, his patience in answering all of our questions, his flexibility in scheduling time to talk and meet with us, and his valuable feedback on our design - all led to creating our perfect ring. His son, Kenta, was also very helpful in guiding us through the steps! All in all it was a seamless and supportive process with a gorgeous end result.
