Beautiful work - I needed to get my platinum ring resized, but was nervous about leaving my ring with anyone. I got a recommendation for Arney Guess from a friend that said they worked on platinum in house! They did a great job & it was ready well before they thought it would be. I am very happy & so glad to be able to show off this beauty again!

My husband sought out AGG for a difficult repair of my late father’s necklace. I didn’t realize the fragility of it since the links are hollow. They were able to make the repair. They cleaned it up really nice as well. I felt they treated his item with respect and care. This was very important to me. I also purchased a gorgeous Freeform pearl pendant and chain. Outstanding customer service, and I really love the shop as well. The windows that show into the jewelry lab are awesome. I thought that was amazing to see behind the scenes. Excellent experience.

I took my 10 year anniversary band and wedding set to Arney Guess for various repairs and modifications. Arney Guess took time to understand what I wanted, had the rings looked at while I was in the store, and pointed out issues with the 10 year band that I wouldn't have known until I had lost stones. The estimate was reasonable for the work needed. The repairs and modifications were done in a timely manner. The final cost was actually a bit less than the estimate. The work is beautifully done and exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased!

My sisters husband died of a brain aneurysm just before his 34th birthday. That was more than 17 years ago. She never remarried and wanted his and her wedding rings combined. Arney Guess melted the two together and added a custom design my sister wanted. It’s perfect. And they even left a small section without the design so that it can be sized when she passes it to their son when he gets married one day. It’s gorgeous and she couldn’t happier!!! Highly recommend this business! It was expensive, but it was a total custom design with a custom cast having to be made… and this is exactly what she wanted so she thought it was worth it!
