I recommend you see Frank Salvatore. He was the nicest salesperson I've come across in a very long time. He was so pleasant to chat with and very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all questions and making several great suggestions. I very much enjoyed working with him. I received a substantial discount for my lab grown diamond stud earrings 1.5TW and I am extremely pleased with the quality and price.

I can't believe the terrible service they provide at Northlake Mall. Today(12/26/25 at 3:00 pm) I went to buy a Pandora bracelet or bangle, and the person who helped me there told me I should go to the Pandora store upstairs instead. Two customers who wanted to buy Pandora at Reeds in Northlake were sent to the other store. Terrible service!

Jamila at Reeds in North lake was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and got me the exact style and necklace I was looking for. Experience was top notch and pricing was amazing which never hurts, highly recommend!
