We were in town on a short get-away. We had already been to a few other jewelry stores before coming into Jared's, browsing for a new band since I'd lost mine a couple years ago. Sugah met us with a smile and a warm welcome. She was very patient, kind, and her demeanor overall was calming and easy-going. She showed us multiple bands- which I tried on multiple times- and we found the perfect one after almost 1.5hrs. Sugah helped us so much, never Pushed any one item on us, which was nice. Would Definitely recommend this Jareds and Sugah for the best service!

My wife and I worked with Aldina Watson and Lisa Arnett today on restoring and enhancing my wife's 37 year old wedding ring. They are also restoring my wedding ring and a gold pinky ring of mine. While there I also bought a new watch. The service was outstanding. The pics were very reasonable. I feel we got an excellent deal.

I called ahead before driving 25 minutes to confirm the cost of a simple watch resize and was clearly quoted $10 by Chris. When my brother went into the store shortly after, he was told the price was actually $29.99. Being quoted one price over the phone and then presented with a completely different one in person is unacceptable. If pricing varies, that should be explained upfront — not changed at the counter. A quote should be honored. We chose to take our business to Reeds Jewelers instead and had a transparent, straightforward experience. Unfortunately, this interaction has ensured we won’t be returning
