Quik Pawn Shop

The manager was very rude and sarcastic! He's fairly new. Suggested that I drive in severe weather to pay $50 on my daughter iPad if I wanted to keep it there any longe. Suggesting that I drive in tornados weather is absurd! II ask if I could come in the very next day due to weather he than begin to tell me you are paying the bare minimum you never pay for the 60 day extension. I have a choice which extension o choose What does that had to do with anything? I asked if if I could speak with the store owner he stated owner? This is the largest company of pawn shops and we have over 3,000 stores throughout the United States, Again what does that mean for or what does that have to do with anything? Are you trying to say you guys are franchise and there is no number for a owner,? He stated that's exactly what I'm saying. I have dealt with Quick Pawn for several years the staff is always welcoming, but since they sold the business and hired this guy in as a manager the whole atmosphere had changed and they can't keep workers. I'm sure it's the fact no one can work along side him. I told him that in the future he need to speak to and talk to his customers in a more professional manner before he doesn't have any. I suggest trying other places before stopping by here or make sure he's off work before conducting business here.

Great staff, clean store, and easy to shop merchandise floor. John was very helpful and knew his stuff about tech. Everyone was friendly, will be back.

This is the best pawn shop I ever done business with they're real friendly respectful helpful they've never told me no I've been doing business for them regular and I sure appreciate them thank you very much

Great customer service and Meta is the best! We go there all the time to shop, if necessary to pawn something to help our family during a stressful time. You are treated like a person, instead of a number. A friendly face makes your day , and go back again.and again.

I was looking around town and online for a cheaper Nintendo switch for my son, didn’t want to invest much since I wasn’t sure how well he would do with it. Cory was very helpful and professional starting from talking to him over the phone to purchasing the product in store. He explained the policies and the additional insurance very well. He maintained an upbeat and professional attitude the entire time, and that itself made me feel confident in my purchase. Thanks again Cory for your outstanding customer service. I will definitely be contacting you on any possible future purchases.

Store was unable to give me what I needed for the gun I brought in. Manager asked me if I had any other guns at home that were more valuable so he could get me the funds I needed. I told him I would run back home to get a rifle. The manager said he "would be there until around 6:15 pm and would be glad to help me when I got back." I got back to the store at 6:02 pm. The door was locked. I knocked on the door, he saw me and did the hand across the neck motion and shook his head while counting money. Had he not told me he would be there until 6:15, I would not have driven 20 minutes back to my house and another 20 minutes back to the Quik pawn shop on 15th Street in Tuscaloosa. Really inconvenient for me.

It’s a great place to go to buy and pawn your stuff and you’ll meet a great friend in Ms Meta so go she her and tell her I sent you☺️☺️but the whole entire staffing team are great people to work with
