Worst customer service experience I have received from a business! I was offended by the little girl behind the counter. I recommend finding another location to do business with! I am totally frustrated with the way I was ! Hopefully you will receive better service if you decide to visit this location. Plenty of parking available due to lack of patrons when I was there.

So I went in this place a couple of weeks ago, and I picked a pair of red Nikes that were like 10$ I think, and I took them to pay,and the guy literally spent ten mins on the computer then tells me that the shoes r being held for somebody. I replied but they were on the shelf and I have cash now. He still didn't let me buy them. And I thought that was messed up because any other business would have said it was their mistake and since I was led to believe they were for sale they would then sell them to me. U don't put an item out for sale then tell a person with cash in hand it's not for sale. And just to do what? Get the same amount later instead of right then? Or worse the person don't show up even. That was really rude and ppl should avoid this pawnshop they r rude

Came In to look around at what they had, saw a Switch Lite on manager special for 89$, great deal, but it was a little grody. They don't seem to clean anything the sell here.. Whatever, I can look past that, but my first red flag was that the unit wasn't charged and didn't come with a charger, so I asked them to plug it in which at first they tried to plug it in with any run-of-the-mill C charger that obviously wasn't working. I went back to the case and said "Hey can we plug it in with an actual Switch charger that's in here" which sure enough, that actually worked. The unit seemed fine, but I wouldn't really be able to tell if the battery had any issues without it being fully charged. My main issue was that there is no return policy. Not 10 days, a week, 24 hours, nothing. They'd rather grift some more money out of you for some "Peace of Mind" insurance plan than be a reputable business. Sounded very sketchy to me, so I left.

I visited Action Pawn to retrieve my property and was met with a disappointing experience. After handing over my card for payment, I was informed they only accepted cash, despite the payment already being processed. This resulted in a refund that wouldn't reflect in my account for 7 days, a real inconvenience considering it was for Christmas. Even after explaining the situation to the supervisor, they instructed the sales rep to issue a refund, as if the error was mine. The handling of the situation was disappointing and, to add insult to injury, the treatment I received was less than satisfactory.

Most unhelpful staff ever. I had a 70" curved screen tv that had been sitting in my closet for about a year. Nowhere to put it in our new house. It worked perfectly when I left my house, did a full reset and everything. I even called ahead to make sure they had room and would take it. When I got there someone came out and looked at it and said yeah for sure we’ll take it and then walked back inside. As I’m carrying this monster tv in by myself nobody could open/hold the door for me. The front door ended up hitting the tv and breaking it. And all the employees could say was wow that sucks. And there were at least 3 employees standing around doing what looked like nothing. So now instead of having a couple hundred dollars in my pocket I now have a broken TV thanks action pawn.
