Worst experience ever the lady Ashley is very rude and should not be given the privilege to talk to customers,out of all the pawn shops I’ve been to in Texas I’ve never seen customer service like that. The pawn shop itself is amazing, they have really good prices and the other employees know how to speak to a customer properly.

The sales team was amazing and so helpful. Found what we needed and made a fast and easy purchase. Not to mention the display floor was pretty organized.

Devon is not only knowledgeable but friendly. I gained information that was very valuable. Starting up my own business SMS the knowledge he shared is very valuable. Thanks for helping me meet my financial need.

First time going in and all the employees were kind and attentive to help us. We appreciated JPs knowledge and information on the product when we were checking out with him. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Recent visit: a second day new girl in training starts a job rude to customers. Who hires those people!? My fault tho that they ripped me off as usual. They do that. This time offering FORTY SEVEN PERCENT of market for scrap. No one has that much overhead that they need to get from my one transaction. And they don't want ur silver at all. She said so. Waited a long time to be acknowledged despite no line on the side where I was.

Love it here! Always something new to find for great prices! This has been my go to for the past 1-2 years & will always be! The vibes here are just right and employees are always super helpful, and pleasant!! Don't hesitate just go!! I've been to 5 other pawn shops and this is hands down the BEST!
