I came into the shop before Christmas to find something for my sister, and when I walked inside, the light-skinned, bald guy treated me very disrespectfully. He didn't say "welcome," didn't greet me at all, and never smiled once. The shop itself looks like an unorganized, dusty garage. The jewelry pieces look dingy and disgusting, as if they don't even clean them after buying them from customers. I advise people to stay away from this place based on the customer service alone. You will be treated like trash. I've read many other bad reviews about this shop on Yelp, and you can see for yourself that the manager does not take accountability for how he treats customers-he only deflects. If I could give this shop zero stars, I would!

I spoke with Sonny he was very nice very professional answered all my questions honestly didn't turn and look at me weird actually treated me like a person very nice and they took care of my jewelry they made sure they marked everything down of what I was planning for a loan and just really nice people very straightforward and kind and polite and treated me with respect. I highly recommend this pawn shop.

Yo love this establishment, can't say enough good things about them, every time I've needed cash or finding an item they are there doing the hard work and are amazing to deal with.
