I would give 0 stars if possible. I called and the guy told me to text him pictures of my watch.. I did that and then he told me I needed to come into the store for him to give me a price. I go there, and the place is in a sketchy check cashing building. There's a woman sitting behind a small desk, who doesn't speak a single word of English. She took pictures of the watch to send to her boss (exactly what I had done the previous day). She starts scratching my watch against a knife sharpening stone. I asked her not to do it, and she didn't understand me and kept doing it. I had to grab the watch out of her hand because I didn't want her to scratch it. The boss calls and asks me how much I want for it. I said $7,000 (It's a $10,000 Breitling). He says, I'll call back in 2 minutes. Rather than call back, he texts the woman who doesn't speak English, who I then had to play a game of charades with to figure out what the price he told her was. He offered me $800 for a $10,000 watch. This place is sketchy as could be and the people that work there are scam artists. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!

Unreliable. Says initial amount then says another once you finalize the sale. I'm not selling gold here. 18kt gold per gram is $40. Literally a joke
