I've only been visiting CCs Pawn for a couple of months now and have made several purchases. I'm very happy with my purchases and very satisfied with the quality of the customer service from Claiborne, Cindy, Bethany, Bryon, Shyla, Zac, and Maddie. They have fair prices and quality items. I had an amazing experience at CC's Pawn Shop thanks to Maddie! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and provided exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. where do i begin… MADDIE AND JESSIE MADE MY DAY!! i went to academy and was passed over by the gun clerk who chose not to service me and went to someone else— acted as tho i wasnt standing there! went to a local pawn shop and experienced the same thing this morning… left and went to Cc’s ! OUSTANDING SERVICE I PURCHASED MY GUN AND LEFT FULL OF CHEER! spoke to the owner and he apologized as did the girls for what i had gone thru! THEY DID A PHenomenal job from the moment i walked in the door until the time i left!! GREAT JOB LADIES!! i appreciate you all!!

Customer service was superb, I went in looking for a ring and was greeted and the young lady was very attentive to my needs, I left to check out inventory at other local shops and they acted like they couldn’t be bothered with us so I give them 15/10 I will definitely be going back
