Very friendly. Not as many used guns as I had hoped. Bought a new Ruger Wrangler there for at least $30 less than competition (I don't do Big Box). They even indulged my testing multiple guns checking for a known flaw. Didn't find it. Happy camper.

They’ll lie to get you there. They lied to me about having "plenty of semi auto Rosie threaded .22s" I asked if we could hold one, oh thers plenty. I drive 3 hours the next morning to get the gun I talked about and there was nothing even like it. Just want to try to sell you inventory at all costs

Newly discovered and really like this place. Great selection of NEW guns and ammo. They also had a wide selection of magazines and specialty items. Took my buddy here and he bought 2 guns and has been back several times. Great staff here. Pricing is spot on and competitive. Will be back again soon I'm sure.

never had any complaints except for losing my pawns. I could have made arrangements had I at least got a phone call letting me know. Lauren is and has been the best thing about river town.if I ever go back she will be the reason

I took an item in to have 8t valued. The customer service was great. I do not frequent pawn shops Buti diffinantly recommend. They have a good selection of guitars and musical instruments..as well as very nice affordable electronics. They store was very organized and clean.

Completely bummed out. After talking with an associate for days about my purchase being ready for pickup this morning. It appears the owner took a payment for the same item late last night. So, instead of refunding them and letting me get what I was in line to get first. I get an I’m sorry! I wasn’t even offered a payment choice because I would’ve paid in full. Way to go team! This is upsetting! I more than likely won’t be back unless you make it right.
