I had a pistol transferred to R&F recently and while there picking it up I met one of the owners named Eric. Super friendly and helpful. The other staff there was as well. There was a mishap on the shippers part and these guys went above and beyond to take care of it although it wasnt their fault. I will definately be back to do business there in the future. By the way Eric has an appreciation for Colt handguns so if you want to get rid of one see him. Thanks guys
