I'm so glad others have had a good experience with this business, but please beware. They lost my item and it has been like pulling teeth to get the issue resolved. Why would it take almost 4 months to either find the missing item or provide the (partial!!!) reimbursement? Again, I'm glad for those who have had a good experience, but has been a frustrating and very, very costly one for me. Please be careful.

excellent place, Danny & fred looked at some bag that i brought in to sell. I have been to many places they offered me prices. Thing is fred prove to me that the bag was actually fake. i took this back to sac fifth avenue and got a refund because of the lawsuit going around.
